Surrender into stillness with this deeply restorative practice. Yin yoga uses passive, floor-based poses held for 3-7 minutes to target connective tissues, joints, and fascia while promoting flexibility and joint mobility.

 

Using supportive props, you'll settle into gentle postures that primarily work the hips, pelvis, and lower spine - areas where we store physical tension and emotional energy. The extended holds create space for introspection and teach you to breathe through discomfort while cultivating patience and mindfulness.

 

This meditative practice activates your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and better sleep. It's the perfect counterbalance to active lifestyles and yang activities like running or strength training.

 

Suitable for all levels. The poses may be challenging to hold, but props ensure comfort and accessibility. Come prepared to slow down, turn inward, and embrace profound stillness.

Wear comfortable clothing for seated and reclined positions. All props provided.
